Witnesses to the crash on Eastbrook Road near the KFC on Metz Way just before 7pm are now being sought. The cyclist, who police say is a 41-year-old man from Gloucester, was initially treated at the scene – an attempt by off-duty doctors happened to be nearby when the collision occurred.
