A Man Was Seriously Injured In A Three Vehicle Collision On Highway 401 Near Yonge Street

Ontario provincial police said the crash happened on the express lanes west of the highway near Yonge Street.
“An SUV put a passenger vehicle back.  This passenger vehicle then drove a motorcyclist.  “The motorcycle got off, the rider got off,” said OPP Sgt.  said Kerry Schmidt.
A 30-year-old man was taken to a trauma center with serious life-changing injuries.
Schmidt said the express lanes to the west would remain closed for several hours for the investigation.  Vehicles are forced into the collection lanes.
