Shots were fired at The Queensway and Windermere Avenue, just north of Sunnyside Park, around 9:53 p.m., according to police. Police found the victim without vital signs in a car a short distance away, near the corner of The Queensway and Ellis Avenue. He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead. No further information about the victim was provided by the police. A vehicle was reportedly seen speeding away from the area after the shooting, police said.
