Casey Cole White, inmate, and Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Assistant Director of Corrections, Vicky White, were last seen around 9:30 p.m. when they left the detention center for a court appearance, the sheriff’s office said. The two are not related, the WVTM reported. The vehicle used for the transport was found in a parking lot of a shopping center in Florence, officials said. The sheriff’s office said he did not know the couple was missing until 3:30 p.m. The researchers looked at the tracking material to determine where it might have gone. Casey White is charged with the murder of Connie Ridgeway at her home in Rogersville in 2015, according to court documents obtained by WVTM.
