A funeral will be held on Saturday for Bishop Evans, the Member of the Texas National Guard who was found dead after trying to save two migrants from drowning. Evans, 22, went missing near the Texas Eagle Pass after trying to rescue migrants who were drowning while crossing the river in the United States from Mexico. Both immigrants survived, but Evans’ body was found several days later. Evans was not properly equipped for water rescue at the time, according to a report.
