Dr. Alex George paid a generous tribute to Llŷr’s younger brother, tattooing him in his memory. The 31-year-old tragically lost his younger brother in July 2020, after Llŷr’s battle with mental health – a few weeks before he was ready to go to medical school and follow in Alex’s footsteps. The former Love Island star took to Instagram on Saturday to share the tribute, posting snapshots of his new meaningful ink. Alex posted a snapshot of the finished tattoo, which sits on his wrist, next to one during the procedure. They also shared the old textbook from which they had taken Llŷr’s manuscript for the font. He wrote: “Llŷr” The God of the Sea “. The most beautiful name, means so much to have done with his hand. We will never forget you my boy x ‘ The tribute comes after Alex shared a picture of the “kind, sensitive and funny” person his brother was with in February, on his 21st birthday. Addressing his 2 million followers, the doctor wrote: “Today is Llŷr’s 21st birthday. I’ve talked a lot over the last year about how hard it was to lose him, I’m sorry though I’ve not talked more about the person he was. Let me tell you a little about him. Manuscript: The tattoo was written by Llŷr’s hand, which Alex had taken from an old textbook Mythology: In the caption, he shared some details about the history of his brothers’ name and said “we will never forget you” Llŷr was kind, sensitive, funny, loved his cars and was a wonderful brother and son. He was an extremely smart and great athlete. We talked for hours about the latest cars and what our dream would be. Llŷr loved his sport so much, at school he used to score every effort in rugby. He was a perfectionist at heart. When he got into basketball he used to practice shooting in the net for hours every night. “Above all, Llŷr had a good heart, he had the ability to look you in the eye and feel exactly how you felt. In many ways he felt your pain and struggles deeply and always wanted to help. He was an empath I never met. “I would do anything to sit down and have a cold beer with you today for your 21 boy. I will never forget you and you give me so much strength “. He then extended the wish of his parents and his brother Eliot, concluding: “Mom, Dad, Eliot and I are sending you the biggest birthday, we just wish we could be with you, even for one day.
