A large building was destroyed by fire at night in Oliver. The fire broke out shortly after midnight in an industrial area on the corner of Sawmill Road and Co-op Avenue. While most of Oliver’s Fire Department was present at the fire, the large building was destroyed. The fire spread to nearby trees and bushes, but firefighters managed to bring it under control. The causes of the fire are not clear at this time.
