Wide-angle Hollywood Brown gave a press conference in Arizona on Friday to discuss Thursday’s trade that sent him from the Ravens to the Cardinals. Brown said Thursday night he had asked Baltimore for an exchange because “the Ravens system was not for me personally.” On Friday, Brown was asked if he considered the Cardinals his preferred destination when he made the request, saying it was something he had talked about with his college teammate and Cardinals general Kyler Murray. “I always wanted to be here. “Kyler and I talked about it in January, in February, and it’s very crazy for that to happen,” Brown said of Tyler Drake of 98.7 Arizona Sports. Brown recalled the way he and Murray “worked together in Team B defeating the home defense in Oklahoma” on their way to becoming the first for the Sooners and the first-round pick in the NFL. They will have the opportunity to strike lightning twice now that they are both playing for the Cardinals.
