The Kardashians’ lawyer, Michael Rhodes, has filed a motion for a “directed verdict” asking Judge Gregory Alarcon to remove Kim from Chyna’s defamation allegations against four members of the family.
Chyna is suing Kris Jenner, Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner for defamation and interference in the contract, claiming that they tried to cancel the spinoff of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” “Rob & Chyna” before the second season.
During the trial, members of the Kardashian and Jenner families testified that Chyna abused Rob Kardashian during the couple’s troubled relationship. Among those allegations was that Chyna pulled a gun on Rob and hit him with a truncheon.
On Friday, Rhodes claimed that none of Kim’s comments were emailed to her family or to E! executives were slanderous.
And the judge agreed, saying in a written decision that a handwritten report on the matter handed over by Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, “fails to prove a defamatory statement by Kim Kardashian.”
Blac Chyna appeared in good spirits as she left the court in Los Angeles on Friday, although no verdict has been issued in her lawsuit against the Kardashians, and a judge dismissed her defamation claim against the family.

“This was not a relationship that any network executive on television wants.”
MI! Network executives had said during the filing that Rob and Chyna was supposed to be a light romantic comedy.
The court was also informed that a producer Rob and Chyna went to Chyna to tell her that if she wanted a second season of the series, she would have to mend her relationship with Rob and suggested that counseling could help.
But her reaction to the proposal, Rhodes said today was, “F—— no, f — that. F___ Ρομπ. “I do not do that.”

“The gingerbread house was silly, overhead and beautiful, like the Kardashians,” Rhodes said. “When she broke it, she vented her anger on everything that was not going to happen.”
He concluded the closing agreement by telling the jurors: “It is time to let the family begin treatment. It only means that you are giving us a verdict in favor of the defense. Otherwise this will continue and will continue.
