Federal prosecutors announced Wednesday that 61-year-old Kenneth David Pilon, from Saginaw, is charged with six counts of meddling in activities protected by the federal government – a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in prison and fines. Threatening calls were made to Starbucks stores in Michigan. An FBI agent wrote in an affidavit that the allegations allege that Pilon “intimidated and tried to intimidate citizens by engaging in lawful speech and peaceful assembly.”
