In a “worrying” set of circumstances, Vancouver Const. Tania Visintin said, “Preliminary evidence shows that the same suspect is responsible for all three indecent acts. “We are working to determine if this man is involved in other unsolved cases in Vancouver and neighboring cities.” The first incident occurred on March 20 when police claimed a man had exposed his genitals to a student in the library. The incident was reported to the police, but the man left before the police were notified. Then, on April 19, a man exposed his genitals to a student inside the library, police claim. He left before the police arrived. In all three cases, the man was described as dark-skinned and about 5 to 5 feet tall, according to police.
