White House Communications Director Kate Bedingfield tested positive for COVID-19. In a series of tweets, Bedingfield said it found its positive results on Friday morning. Bedingfield said that “thanks to full vaccination and reinforcement” she has only mild symptoms. “In line with White House COVID-19 protocols, I will work from home and plan to return to work in person after completing a five-day period of isolation and a negative test,” he said.
