At least one person has been killed and at least 10 others injured in a series of rocket attacks on a 25-storey apartment building and factory in the central Shevchenkivskyi district. The attack came just an hour after Antonio Guterres, the UN secretary-general, gave a press conference with Volodymyr Zelensky in the Ukrainian capital. The Ukrainian president said the bombing required an “appropriate, strong response”.
